INDIVIDUAL DAY TRIPS
The Eendracht sails day trips from several Dutch ports, such as the home port Rotterdam, but also from Vlissingen, Scheveningen, IJmuiden, Den Helder and Delfzijl. A normal day trip starts at 10:00 am. The skipper welcomes the guests of the day with coffee and tea. Also a safety instruction film will be shown, so everybody knows what to do in certain situations. Then the schooner sets sail for an active sailing day on sea. If you like you are allowed to assist in sailing or steering the ship. Lunch is served on the inner deck of the Eendracht. Delicious soup, all kinds of bread with spreads and fresh salads are on the menu. During the afternoon the ship tacks about several times and there are still some hours left to enjoy the sailing. The day ends with the traditional Captains dinner. Drinks and souvenirs can be purchased on board.
